| Steps | Description |

| 1 | Backup the tblemailtemplates table in your database |
| 2 | Upload the latest version of IT to your WHMCS |
| 3 | Visit Setup > Addon Modules and Deactivate Italian Language Pack |
| 4 | Now from the same page press Activate |
