Billing Extension WHMCS 8.10, PHP 8.1

We are finalizing a major update to Billing Extension, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary in September, and it will introduce several new features:
- WHMCS 8.10 Support: the module will be compatible with WHMCS 8.10 while maintaining backward compatibility with versions 5, 6, and 7. No migration or feature compromise will be required
- PHP Support: support will be extended to PHP up to version 8.1. For older WHMCS versions, support will continue from PHP 5.6 to 7.4
- Revamped Translations: translations have been completely renewed to make documentation less necessary. Many feature names have been changed for greater clarity
- Enhanced Settings Page: settings page has been redesigned to hide functionalities that are not in use, improving usability
- Customizable Payment Method Functionality: a new feature has been introduced that enforces the use of a specific payment method based on the invoice amount and/or the country of origin
- Automatic Proforma Management: a new functionality that detects, notifies, and automatically corrects proforma invoices that, although paid, have not been converted into invoices and remain unpaid
- Bug Fixes: numerous minor bugs and blocking Fatal Errors have been fixed, addressing longstanding issues related to backward compatibility with WHMCS 5 and PHP 5.6. These improvements will make module updates less risky
