We are going to implement in Mercury the same system we already use for our support tickets.




You will be able to provide Premium (paid) support, emergency tickets that clients can use to report you urgent issues. Moreover a system that based on your average response times, your working days, hours, breaks and holidays can determine the estimated wait times on tickets.
