VIES exception for Greece

VAT Numbers usually have ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code as prefix (eg. IT000000, DE111111 etc.) with few exceptions. For example Austria requires an extra character "U" between prefix and number (ATU000000), Great Britain has groups of numbers and Greece uses "EL" as country code instead of "GR".
Even though Billing Extension is capable of handling all these exceptions, VIES check for Greek VAT Numbers isn't working properly. Both WHMCS and Billing Extension at some point expect the official country code "GR" but they receive "EL". This causes an issue.
We're going to fix this bug in next few hours releasing an update of our module.
